Bad Aussee is an ever-growing historical town in the center of Austria. It is also the economic and cultural center of its region, and is home to many amazing attractions. Stadtpfarrkirche St. Paul is a Romanesque and Gothic church which dates from the thirteenth century. Visitors of the church are pleased to find a Gothic Madonna from 1420 housed inside. Kammerhof is another great and historical building in the city center. The building was constructed before 1200 and was used to house the salt administration, for the region, until 1926. Meranplatz square was built before 1395 and is home to many great activities and destinations for visitors. Beautiful statues and scenery make Meranplatz a memorable venue.
