Winter – Cancellations are free of charge up to 20 days prior to arrival Christmas/New Year/Carnival – Cancellations are free of charge up to 50 days prior to arrival After that the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the room rate. In the case of late arrival or early departure the booked stay is charged.
