Reservations A&O Wien Stadthalle have to be cancelled 18 hours maximum after Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).Until the day of arrival until 6 o’clock pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of charge. There is a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the first night, should the client cancel the room(s) after the aforementioned cancellation period or in a case of non-arrival. It’s the same for short- term bookings, within two days before arrival. Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are irreversible.

The hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was terrible. we had to walk past several x-rated places to get to the hotel - the location was very seedy. our room was right on the street and we could not sleep due to the noise. it was very warm so we had to have our windows open. it was a toss up as to what was worse; the noise or the hot room.Anonymous

Very convinient location next to the metro station.
clean a good facilities.They charge for wifi connection per hour. should be free for the guests.
