Pros: I didn't need more than a place to sleep so i don't care about the looks nor staff, but they were helpful with the questions i had. i needed a hotel close to the westbanhof station and this was a perfect choice for that

Cons: Room was smelling very bad and the carpet was dirty. i think i can get better place with the money that i've paid.
