All desk attendants were very courteous and helpful. they answered our questions and recommended dining and touring options. they were patient, kind, and desired to meet our expectations. if you bring your laptop, there is free internet access in the lobby. for a fee, they will wash, dry, and fold your laundry. this was the only hotel on our european itinerary with this service and it was worth it.
We were told about breakfast, however did not understand there was an extra charge. however, considering the reasonable price of the room, the breakfast buffet and ambiance was worth the extra 7.50 euro. Anonymous
