Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. the location is great - 1 min walk from a metro station and 10-15 min walk away from hofburg palace (=center). good breakfast, good overall atmosphere.
Cons: Internet connection did not work the first three days i stayed there - so i had to hunt wifi caffees and the computer downstairs. when internet was fixed, there was still a problem - i bought an access card for several hours but it wouldn't log out, so i still had to contact the reception every time i wanted to check my e-mail.

Pros: The staff is really nice and the location of the hotel is excellent. also, the rooms are really clean.
Cons: The hotel is very clean, but the bathroom appliances need an update. the shower head and hose are really annoying.
