 "Hotel for Vienna city trip"
On the edge of the inner city but quite with plenty of cafe/bars around. About 5 mins walk to tube that provides access to rest of vienna. Free wi fi but signal not good in room so had to sit in reception. Tea and coffee in the room not provided

 "Beautiful City"
The room did not reflect the pictures on the internet. I chose to pay more for a room with comfortable sitting areas and have the option to relax in the room. However we ended up with an apartment with cooking area but no easy chair or sofa. The room had no direct windows either and was very depressing. We complained and did get a better situated room with natural light and one sofa but not what was displayed on my booking page. That would require us paying for an upgrade. The tea and coffee making facility advertised was a kettle, no complimentary tea or coffee, no tea pot or coffee pot. I complained and was told to go to the supermarket and get my own. Smilie staff but chocolate fire guard comes to mind. Every day I asked for a cafetiair to be able to use the filter(only type available at supermarket) coffee but no one understood my request! Eventually the house keeper said it should be in the room , however it never arrived and I kept asking!It may seem trivial but in a 4 star hotel its not much to ask to have some where to sit and the option to have a cup of coffee. No comfortable areas around hotel to sit.No welcoming bar area, just reception to get a drink.The shower leaked badly but the room was clean and quiet.Tried to have an evening meal in hotel after long day sight seeing to realise there was no restaurant . Cant see how i missed that but there you go. Not sure I would rely on info on internet sights ever again.Expensive for the service we had.
