Pros: Overall, i found the staff at resonanz to be very gracious and welcoming. on several occasions, members of staff went out of their way to help me find tourist/travel information and services i was looking for before i even had to ask (e.g. finding a local dry cleaning service). the hotel is clean and tidy. it is not central, but a short walk from the river, and historic areas. all in all, i would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for an economical hotel in vienna.
