 "Actually the hotel we booked had some issues with water, so they..."
Pros: Actually the hotel we booked had some issues with water, so they reallocated us to another location (but same hotel). due to that they offered us a free the breakfast and some refreshments. the breakfast was good, the hotel staffs were lovely and the room was clean to perfection. location was ideal, really easy to walk to main attractions in vienna.
