Reservations Towns Apartments have to be cancelled 720 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).In case of non-utilization of the apartment or departure before the agreed departure date a cancellation fee of 50% of the oustanding amount will be charged. The lessor is authorised to deduct the cancellation fee from the deposit. 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
