"Excellent hotel."
VERY BEATIFUL HOTEL,BATH WAS LUXURY AND CLEAN,COMFORTABLE BEDS,THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND, THE LOCATION IS THE BEST (NEAR THE CENTER BUT VERY QUIET).Very beatiful hotel,bath was luxury and clean.comfortable beds,big windows,the staff was very kind and friendly,the location is the best(near the center but very quiet).we recomend this hotel specially for record collectors ,all the record shops are in a small distance,you can go on foot.

Pros: The location was great--just outside the inner city area of vienna and a block from museums quartier and the u-bahn, but at a fraction of the price of the other hotels actually in the inner city area.
Cons: Other than the lobby decorations, the rest of the hotel including the rooms were fairly basic, at most a three-star hotel than the four stars they claim. doors used regular metal keys and cylinder barrel locks instead of electronic or magnetic locks.
The 4-star Austrotel Hotel Viennart is an attractive option in Vienna. With such an array of rooms here, you're guaranteed to find one of your liking. Vienna West Train Station makes for simple accesibility to the surrounding area. From this location you can easily reach Pasqualatihaus for a visit. Going to a nearby museum like Museums Quartier, or even Kunsthistorisches Museum or Museum of History, is hassle-free when you stay at this accommodation. An entertaining option in the near vicinity, Prater Park is worth a visit.
