Actual Hotel is located in the most important street of Barcelona, the 'Passeig De Gracia'. This is the centre of the 'Modernist Route' and the hotel is at the same block of one of Gaudi's master pieces, 'La Pedrera'. In the middle of the Eixample Art Nouveau district, this area is also the best business and shopping area in the city.

Actual Hotel is an excellent hotel very well located, just around the corner from Passeig de Gracia and half a block from Diagonal, two of the most important avenues in Barcelona in what is called the “example,” Barcelona’s plush district. Actual Hotel only has 29 rooms, all exactly alike, fitted with twin beds. The hotel was opened at the beginning of 2002. It is managed by its own proprietors, not a chain, again something that always makes a difference. In the design of Actual Hotel, a very modern and minimalist style, they managed to keep it simple and comfortable. The rooms have a wonderful air conditioning system, real sound proof windows, cotton sheets you wish you had back home and an ample bathroom with a powerful shower. Plus there is a safe in each room, hairdryer, satellite TV in six languages and keyless doors, they make a new plastic (key) card for each guest. All of this, as common as it may sound is not found in many hotels.

How to reach the hotel?In front of the hotel there are a lot of buses and two lines of the metro (line 3 and 5) that permits to move around the city easily. There is also a stop of the Touristic Bus close to the hotel.

Room very nice, clean, stay provide good info about our airport transfer and arrange a taxi and a wake up call with coffee ready early then their usual time to accomadate our early departuer
The admitting clerk on arrival was not the friendlies but he was efficient
