The apartments are located in the EIXAMPLE quarter of Barcelona, which can be considered the best location for tourists in Barcelona, because it is a residential quarter, centrally located, secure and considered the heart of the city. It's 5 minutes walking from Paseo de gracia, Rambla Catalunya and Plaza Catalunya. It has been recently renovated. It's really well communicated with the rest of Barcelona's main attactions and with the airport. Only 2 underground stops from the Barcelona Exhibition & Congress Centre (Fira de Barcelona). Important Note: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged by the Apartments non-refundable. the 50% rest has to be paid in the check in. CREDIT CARD: Please note that Apartments DOES NOT Accept American Express Security deposit: In order to guarantee reimbursement to BARCELONA GUEST for any damage or loss that may be caused to the apartments (inside or outside them) or in any asset contained in it, a security deposit of 200 euros is requested from the client. It will be paid in cash when checking in. This deposit will be fully returned on client’s departure if no damages have been caused to the apartment or its contents. In the event that damages caused exceed the amount of the security deposit, the client will have to pay this additional cost. ***IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that it is only allowed to book one apartment per person and multiple reservations from one person will be cancelled automatically. The client (person that signs the check in) is responsible for his/her own behaviour and for the rest of the guests behaviour. If any of the guests fail to behave according to the standard code of conduct, BARCELONA GUEST is authorized to ask the client and the rest of the guests to vacate the apartment without having right to claim any reimbursement or any type of compensation. Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden. If parties or loud music are heard, neighbours complain and/or police is called, BARCELONA GUEST can ask you to leave the apartment (regardless of the time of the day or the night), without having right to ask for any compensation or the reimbursement of any amount previously paid.
