Description
This is a very new design hotel in the centre of Barcelona, at walking distance of the fountains of Montjuich, various museums and the "Ramblas". Beautiful views from the swimming pool terrace of Barcelona, very hip and cool design created in the rooms with the most stylish materials.
Please note that this hotel is a non smoking hotel.

The B-hotel is located next to the centric Plaza España. In the underground station nearby you can dispose of there are four different lines. The air bus stops 100 m from the hotel. The GranVia, where the hotel is placed is one of the main arteries of Barcelona, so arriving by car is easy and quick as well. Main train station 200m from the hotel.
How to reach the hotel?More then 5 line of buses running to and from the hotel to the main points of Barcelona. 2 underground lines and 4 train lines in Plaza España. Air bus to the airport 100 m from the hotel.
By Air:
The hotel is approximately 10 km from Barcelona International Airport and taxis are readily available from outside the airport. The journey from the airport to the hotel should take about 20 minutes.
By Bus (from Barcelona International Airport):
Barcelona has a special Aerobus airport bus service and buses run regularly from the airport to various locations in the city. There are clearly marked bus stops just outside the airport terminal. The nearest bus stop to the hotel is Plaza España. From the bus stop, go round the square to the right until you find yourself next to the bullring, Las Arenas. Head down Gran Via, keeping on the right-hand side. The hotel is just one-minute’s walk away, on the first corner on the left.
By Train and Metro:
Take the train from the airport to Sants Estació (Barcelona’s Sants train station). Take line 3 on the Metro (the green line) towards Canyelles and get off at España (one stop). From the metro station, go round the square (Plaza España) to the right, until you find yourself next to the bullring, Las Arenas. Head down Gran Via, keeping on the right-hand side. The hotel is just one-minute’s walk away, on the first corner on the left.
By Car:
- Take the C-32B motorway towards Barcelona.
- Follow the signs for Barcelona-Girona-Lleida-Tarragona-Gran Via-Ciutat Vella.
- Once you enter Barcelona, you should be on the Gran Via.
- Go through the tunnel, keeping to the left-hand side.
- At the second crossing, turn left and left again, so that you are now driving up Gran Via in the other direction.
- When you reach the hotel, turn the corner and the car park is next to the main entrance.

The location is great, with great links via the metro. the room was clean and modern and the air conditioning and soundproofing were handy. although the pool on the roof is small, it's a great place to relax after walking around the city.

Cannot fault the hotel even if i only worked out how to shut the blinds between the bathromm and bedroom on the second day!!!

brilliantly placed for fountains and travelling around the city.
we will be returning!The only thing to complain about was the bar prices, which were far too high. even compared to city centre prices.
this was proved as the bar was always empty with no atmosphere.

Stayed 3 nights at the b hotel, the room was spacious and well thought out although it did take us a while to work out how to use the shower!the service was first rate, they ordered a taxi for us, gave us an early morning call and we could use the free internet to print out our return flight tickets.the roof top pool would be fabulous in the summer months and the views over the area are trememdous.i would recommend this hotel to everyone.
ps. get a barcelona bus ticket (20 euros for 1 day 26 euros for 2 days) and you wll see all of the famous landmarks, it runs from 9am till 9pm and you get off and on whenever you want. also a t10 metro ticket for 10 journeys on the underground.Only thing negative was we would have liked an electric kettle in the room to have a hot drink at our convenience.Karolina Leonard

We enjoyed our stay at the b hotel and liked the cool design of it, especially the bathroom. the location was good for a lot of the sights we wanted to see in montjuic and the metro was also conveniently located close by to the hotel. we were also impressed by the infinity pool on the top floor.We did notice a bad odour on our floor when you came out of the lift and in the bathroom however we were not sure if it was the type of 'cleaning products' they used, but it was a little off putting.MICHELA SCARAMELLA

I stayed here in mid nov. the hotel was really easy to find and took us only 20mins on the bus from the sirport to be dropped off at the placa espanya where you can easily spot the hotel (just on the left of the bullring.
check in was quick and efficient. room just as expected. clean, modern and great value. there is no resturant in the hotel but it does do a small room service menu and breakfast. (breakfast in bed is not worth it cost 28 euros and was pretty poor, a bakery 2 mins walk away has better food and extremely cheap about 8euros for 2)
apart from that we had a great time. 100m to the metro and only 4 stops on the metro (5mins) to placa catalunya which is your main hub and about 15 min walk to mont juic hill.
all in all great location as we didn't want to stay anywhere really busy and so easy to get everywhere.
it does have more of a business feel to it but there were plenty of couples and a few groups there too.Vicky Mcloughlin
