The location was perfect for our visit and the staff was helpful. the hotel was clean and relatively quiet. seemed also to have good security, the staff questioned even my visiting daughter. 
The size of the beds. a "double" is really not much bigger than a twin. we didn't use the breakfast as it seemed comparitively expensive. A E Lucas

Excellent location to get to airport and all areas of tourist interest (gothic quarter, eixample, barceloneta, poblenau...) nice, clean, reasonably sized room. english speaking staff.

Nothing overly negative, it was pretty basic accommodation for the price i paid. when looking for the hotels on the website the prices said one thing and then when you went into book that hotel the prices increased which was very inconvenient. why doesn't it just show the actually price instead of showing a lower price and then changing it to a higher one? They prepared a baby crib for our 1year old son althought we didn t ask for it, and it was free of charge / that impressed me
The bathroom could be more clean and they could clean the floor more often. we had a room opposite the elevator and in the evening we could hear every guest and opening of doors Anonymous

Location, location, location and we really like the general neighborhood. close neighborhood restaurants, close to parc ciutadella.
