The staff couldnt do enough for us...printing off maps of resturaunts we wanted to try, advising us on the best areas to check out and so on. it was a really friendly atmosphere.The parking was a little expensive compared to other hotels in the area but everything else was greatAnonymous

Great hotel in a good location, we asked on the off chance about a coldplay concert that was 'sold out' and due to start three hours later, the gentleman on reception said he would make some calls and within the hour had found us two reasonably priced tickets - fabulous!!! all aspects of the service in the hotel were great, and nothing was too much trouble.We had two rooms that were on the smoking floor, even though we had requested non smoking through the easytobook website, ours was fine but we the in-laws had to change rooms as smelled of stale smoke. insist on non smoking if you're a non smoker!Anonymous

Had a great experience in barcelona, except for the fact that my girlfriend had her bag stolen by a guy driving by on a scooter. hotel staff were extremely helpful, helping us whereever possible and allowing us to check out later. very, very good service.Anonymous
