Eurostars Gaudi is a 4 star superior hotel recently built in June 2005, located only 5 minutes walking from Sagrada Familia (built and designed by the famous architect Antonio Gaudi, which name takes the establishment). The hotel offers complimentary WI-FI. Each of 45 guest rooms are tasteful and very well equipped in order to offer a great stay and comfortable facilities. Part of the Eurostars hotel chain, you know you can get a great value on a fabulous room at the hotel.
The hotel features a bar, 24 hour front desk reception, non smoking rooms, rooms and facilities for the disabled, an elevator, safety deposit box, soundproof rooms, heating, soundproof rooms, room service, laundry services, currency exchange, bicycle rentals, fax and photocopy machine, a mini bar, bathroom with hairdryer.

The Eurostars Gaudi is in City Center near the Museum Area and close to the Subway. It is only 100 meters walking distance from Eurostars Gaudi Hotel 4 Star to the Monumental Bullring.
Within five minutes you will reach the famous and huge Sagrada Familia, nearby Sant Pau Hospital. It is a central Barcelona location with good transport links and convenient for exploring all that Barcelona offers: Catalunya Square and Rambles, el Gothic district, Picasso Museum, Olympic Port, Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batlló, among others.
How to reach the hotel?How to arrive from Barcelona Airport:
. By Taxi: the trip takes about 20 minutes and the cost is approximate 25 euros.
. By Bus: the "Aerobus" leaves from the airport every 11-15minutes. It takes about 25minutes to reach Plaza Catalunya. The cost is about 3.60 euros per person.
. By Train. the train leaves every 30 minutes, and it takes only 30 minutes to Clot-Arago Station. You must stop there and transfer to L2 subway to Monumental Station (only 3 stops). Monumental Station is in Marina street, just one block away from the hotel (Consell de Cent at Marina Street)

Very close to la sagrada familla, clean roomsThere was no remote control for the tv, we tried 2 others cfrom reception but these didn't work, the tv wasn't tuned properly so there were no english language channels. we we're told these problems would be addressed the following day ( after we had left), there was a loose and protruding floorboard that cut my partners foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. the room was spotless. located in an excellent area, easy accesible to the city and other attractions.The only critisism was there was no bath plugs and oneday i ached (from walking so much) and would have liked a bath...i did not ask, maybe i should have but thought if plugd were available i would have had one in room.Riddiough

We stayed for new year and the hotel supplied every guest with a bottle of cava to celebrate, staff were very helpfull, ans the breakfast was the best They still allow smoking in the rooms so are room smelt of smoke and we are non smokers so that was a little off putting but we opened the windows so soon solved the problemAnonymous

Next to the metro station, internet, cleanliness, managed to get some free drinks! reception helped us with directions and where to go.Breakfast=very small options and not worth the price, only one english channel which was the news so not good and it offers tv satellite on the website which we did not get. was not a double bed but two singles together. said on the website was soundproof rooms which it clearly wasn't.Artjom Smeljov

Helpfulness of staff.The hot water available in the restaurant has a strong musty smell so unable to drink the tea or coffee. this has been pointed out to the hotel staff. i also would have appreciated the tourist pack on booking in not the second day when asking for some help.Anonymous
