The hotel Mitre is in the high part of the city near important offices and medical centers. Sarria-Sant Gervasi is one of the safest and more quiet quarters of the city.
Eurostars Mitre 3 Barcelona is also located close to several public transports; the Putxet de FFCC Station to Plaza Cataluña, "Lesseps" Subway Station to Trade fair, Bus station num. 16 to Plaza Cataluña and Bus station num. 17 to Barceloneta and Maremagnum.

Friendly english female receptionist during the day who let us check in for our return flights online. clean room with lovely jetspa bath tub, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. good range of airconditioning and heating temperatures.
easy access to the centre catalunya from metro stop el puxtet literally around the corner. we bought a t10 metro ticket which gives you 10 journeys and can be shared, hoever if u swap at diagonal this counts as 2 journeys so careful not to get caught out on that one. Room was smaller than expected but well presented, clean and comfortable. the water in the bath was brown on the last night probably due to roadworks outside hitting a water pipe. the toilet would not flush on our last morning. however im sure this was a one off. what would make the stay a little better is a kettle and tea/coffee selection.
