Charming newly built apartments in the middle of the fashionable El Born district. The building enjoys a priviliged position, right next to one of Barcelona’s most celebrated churches - Santa Maria del Mar and just round the corner from the faboulous Passeig del Born, filled with fashionable eateries, tapas bars and cafe terraces. Welcome to Downtown Barcelona, a company specialising in short term renting for visitors to Barcelona. The Downtown apartments are located in 18th and 19th century buildings which have been completely renovated in 2004. Comfort, quality, functionality and design are our goals in defining our service. Included Broad Band Internet Access in all our apartments. There is no reception desk. We would need to know your arrival time at Barcelona, please call at our phone number (the second number on your confirmation email) or send us an email the day previous to the check- in date or the same day in order to arrange check-in hour: check in time starts at 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can come to our office in street Sardenya, 219 to store your luggage. For late check in after 22:00 hours, there is an extra charge of 20 Euros to pay at your arrival. Important Note: FGA Apartments do not accept American Express credit card to guarantee your booking.

The location of the apartment was very good central to all the sites we were wabting to see. 
Not very easy to find, damp walls and a musty smell.
