Description
FGA Liceu Apartaments is located in a marvelous privileged spot, 20 meters away from the famous Las Ramblas and the Liceu Theatre. These apartments, located near Las Ramblas, are newly refurnished apartments with style and quality.
The building is named after the famous and historical Liceu Theatre. The apartments are typical lofts in an 18th century building, totally renovated in 2007. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city, and it is well connected with public transportation.
The studio loft can accommodate up to four people. It has a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils provided. Linen and towels are also provided. The comfortable living room has color TV and DVD. Having air conditioning and heating makes the studio loft perfect for all year round stays.
There is no reception desk. We would need to know your arrival time at Barcelona, please call at our phone number (the second number on your confirmation email) or send us an email the day previous to the check- in date or the same day in order to arrange check-in hour: check in time starts at 14:00.
If you arrive before 14:00, you can come to our office in street Sardenya, 219 to store your luggage.
For late check in after 22:00 hours, there is an extra charge of 20 Euros to pay at your arrival.

By car:
You should go to Gran Via De los Corts Catalanes until Plaça Catalunya, then turn right to Las Ramblas and next to the Liceu Theatre, on your right hand, you will find the apartments.
By public transport:
From the airport, is possible to go by train with stop in Plaza Catalunya or with the Airbus also with stop in Plaza Catalunya. Then, you should go down to Las Ramblas, and on your right hand, you will find the apartments.
By subway: Take metro Line 3 until 'Liceu' stop. The apartments are walking distance from this metro stop.

The floor was so dirty that we had to wash our feet before getting into bed, or putting on socks.
the owner asked us to pay an extra 25 euros than the total price quoted by easytobook. the owner said there was a misunderstanding with easytobook and that we should pay the extra and seek reimbursement from easytobook. apparently this has happened previously and needs to be fixed by easytobook and the owner, not the customer.Anonymous

We loved the spacious apartment - it was so much bigger than we thought from the website pictures. the location was perfect. it was clean and modern. the guy who we met to collect the keys arrived when he said he would and although the meeting was a little rushed he was still very polite and professional.The negatives are only small. it would have been good to have a place to put our suitcases and bags in the apartment, something like a bench or rack to put them on. having them on the floor next to the bed made it a little difficult to keep things tidy. one other thing was not knowing when or if the apartment was to be serviced. we were not informed of when/or if a cleaner would visit the apartment. however on our 5th day the cleaner did visit and replace the linen and towels.Anonymous

The apartments were very clean and very central to everything. we walked out of the main door and turned left and we were on the rambla! It's only a niggly thing, but the bathroom was very small, but we coped fine. the main thing was it was clean and had plently of hot water.Anonymous

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.a great disappointment that we did not get to spend our three nights there..see comments.I have sent you a detailed email regarding our experience on arrival. the telephone number you gave us is only manned monday-friday and we arrived on a sunday. no one met us at the apartments and we were nable to contact the company. we spent several hours waiting, several pounds on phone calls and had to call on tourist information to help us. eventually we found an internet cafe to find acomodation for sunday night and walked miles trying to sort this mess out. we were extremely disappointed and stressed and wasted precious time. the folowing day we went to fga offices where we were told we should have been given a totally different contact nmber plus emergency mobile. fga were very apologetic and as upset as we were.BELLERI
