It was a lovely hotel and have nothing bad to say. the room was nice,the staff were friendly and the solarium was amazing! i will be recommending hotel and the location is excellent. if u want a quiet room ask for a back room!Anonymous

The hotel was absolutely lovely, clean and in the perfect spot right on laramblas. they had an outdoor area for eating and drinking where the service was great. the staff were attentive to our needs and genuinely polite and interested in us. i highly recommend this hotel.Anonymous

Room though small was very clean, bed was really comfortable. we had a room to the back of the hotel and it was really quiet, hard to believe we were in the middle of a busy city. lovely.The reception area is dowdy and the adjoining cafeteria is shabby. Anonymous

The staff are very kind, and the location is just perfect !Telefonica ( the spanish land line company ) wants to have 12 euros for 24 hours wi-fi service. you walk 40 meters to the travel bar and get it for free with a few cheap pints! just a bit better . .Leeah

Lovely staff! very comfortable beds, amazing showers, and the absplute best location you can find for those who want o get out and about!I was charged fifty euros for a five minute phone call. so unaceptable. it put a massive dampener on our stay! no english television. internet is very expensive to use if you have a laptop!Anonymous

there was no access to boiling water in our room, i.e kettle for heating babies bottle, tea, coffee. it wouldnt cost much to provide this.
the walls between rooms are paper thin. we could hear everything our neighbours were doing and saying.Anonymous

The location of this hotel is excellent. there is a metro station right infront of the hotel.it's near the market. we had a room in the back of the hotel - it was quiet & cleen. the stuff is very helpful.The room is a little small and there is not enough space for the luggage.Anonymous

The hotel was really convenient for most tourist attractions and in centre of ramblas, so really convenient for the gothic area and port.Unfortunately, although the hotel was clean staff good etc. the walls of the rooms were very thin - the first night we were kept awake by the guy next door who was snoring!!Anonymous

Located on la rambla, it was in the center of the historic district and walking distance to many of the sights, such as palau de musica and the waterfront.When we booked the hotel on line in february, we were told it included breakfast. the website showed a lovely breakfast area. we assumed it was a real breakfast. upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel no longer offers breakfast included, but since we had booked before this was changed, we could have it in the cafe next door. this cafe was not like the breakfast room pictured on the website, and the breakfast offering was pretty poor. just a croissant and some meat of dubious origin and a slice of cheese.Anonymous

Located right in the center of the ramblas. clean, bathroom seemed new. our room was on 4th floor at the rear so no noise from the main street.Just that the roof sun terrace was "closed for maintenance" when i went up to use it.Richard Tomes

Excellent location in the liveliest part of the city. helpful staff. its own cafe attached,(nice and bright, with a tv always tuned to a latino rock music station) where we had breakfast. our room perhaps quieter than those at the front !Nothing comes to mind.
