Sabadell is the capital of Vallès Occidental, a powerful industrial and economic area in Catalonia just 20 kilometres outside Barcelona. The city offers to the visitors a wide range of cultural activities such as the Miquel Crusafont Museum of Paleontology which is the most important museum of paleontology in Catalonia.
The Parc Catalunya, the city's main park, is close to the hotel. It has a surface area of 45 hectares of greenery, a 1-hectare lake with boats, catering facilities, an observatory and a miniature steam train with a 3-kilometre track across the park. If you would like to do some shopping, in the same avenue as the hotel you will find a department store and some shopping centres.
Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the other main Sabadell shopping area, which is located in the historic area of the Ramblas.
