Located in the City Center district, the promenade of Las Ramblas is 300 meters away, with its lively, street entertainers, mime artists, shops and cafes, and Plaza Catalunya and the graceful buildings of Passeig de Gracia are around one kilometer away. The nearest metro station is Paral.lel and for those arriving by plane, Barcelona Airport is 10 kilometers away.
The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. There are train services from the airport to Plaza Catalunya every 30 minutes. There is also an Aerobus service to Plaza Catalunya every 12 minutes. From Plaza Catalunya take Metro line 3 to Paral.lel station, 200 meters from the hotel. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals and cost around 20 EUR.

The hotel was super nice and in convenient location. just a tip that if you want to stay longer, book in advance because it is super expensive when you book last minute in barcelona. not to mention no availability.we loved barcelona so much we decided to stay an extra 3 days, but the hotel price for the weekend was way over our budget and then when we decided to book it was all full. 
The bathroom sink was slightly clogged..but not that big of deal.10 Jun 08
