Whereas the rooms in the first are older and more traditional, the rooms in the second are modern and refurbished but just as cosy as in the first. The hostel proves yet again that sometimes the best quality can be found in simplicity. Attentive service and excellent taste can yield environments as warm and inviting as that of the Goya. In addition, it is located in the city centre, just around the corner from Plaça Catalunya, site of a tourism office that can provide visitors with invaluable information about the city. The hostel is walking distance from famous landmarks such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, La Rambla, the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the classic Boqueria Market, one of the most emblematic spots in Barcelona.
