This hostel is simple, modest and ideally located. You cannot expect any frills here, but what you get are some of the city's best rates for a room right on the Rambla, one of the most coveted locations in all of Barcelona. The hostel offers three types of rooms. The most fully equipped, and therefore most expensive rooms, come with air conditioning, bath, hair dryer and central heating. As the prices go down so do the amenities - some of the cheaper rooms, for example, don't have air conditioning, something that isn’t recommendable if your visit coincides with the summer months. However, in all other respects the hostel is more than adequate. The staff has a wide knowledge of city events, activities and other useful information, and the rooms are perfectly appropriate for their price range. This is an excellent deal for people travelling on a limited budget and looking for a good, centrally located accommodation.
