The Hotel Condes de Barcelona occupies a prime location in Paseo de Gracia, in the heart of Modernist Barcelona and facing the famous Gaudi’s building “La Pedrera”.

By airplane:
From the Barcelona-El Prat international airport, take the Aerobús shuttle to Plaça Catalunya. Then take underground line 3 towards Canyelles and get off at Diagonal stop.

There are actually two hotels across the street from each other -- pick the newer, sleeker, very barcelona one we stayed in. fantastic rooftop pool and bar with views of sagrada familia and casa mila. No rooms for us first night, but they did put us up at another nice (but smaller) place a few blocks away.Thomas

We booked two adjoining twin bedded rooms. they only processed one booking. after much to-ing and fro-ing and moving from one side of the road to the other, we got what we booked. not good. staff were helpful about it but should not have got it wrong in the first place.

We booked a double condal room but were informed on arrival that their were no "doubles" left - immediately upgraded us to executive with no extra charge. hotel in a superb location on an avenue full of designer shops, opposite a famous gaudi building. views were spectacular.Paid a lot to stay there, and they still charged us for using their carpark. no coffee making facilities in the room - would have been nice on arrival.W O Donnell
