Overall, the hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and it was a great way to end our nights after strolling through the city, we came back to the hotel and relaxed in the bar for a short while and then sat out in the well presented garden under the warmth of night sky enjoying a drink. great hotel will recommend to friends and familyNot applicableDu Toit

My wife and i both enjoyed our stay at the evenia rosello. it is a fair walk (easy for youngsters but we are in our mid fifties) to the city sites and harbour but once we realised that the red and blue tour bus routes pass quite near by, we used these excellent services to get around the city. hotel staff were very polite and thoughtful. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was fine with a fair varity of different food types available every day. underground parking for our car was available and very reasonable.Nothing notable.Hundvik

Pleasant, clean hotel.most of the staff were helpful. food was good quality.Breakfast was extra and too expensive. no tea & coffee making facility in the room. no complimentary snacks in the room. we were charged £8 for 2 bags of peanuts and 2 bags of crisps we thought were free.at their prices something should be free.Hven

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. room was comfortable and clean.Not directly applicable to the hotel itself, but the location of the public children's play area with no separation from the rear patio of the hotel is a little surprising and the noise level is certainly disturbing for those guests attempting to rest, particularly early evening.Anonymous

The staff were extremely helpful, particularly helping me source tickets to see barca. nothing was a problem to them.Street noise and the lack of air conditioning did not aid restful sleep. the air con was switched to warm as the weather had been so variable and it could not be changed until monday. even then there was no significant change.Anonymous

Hotel was amazing, very peaceful sleep. staff are very friendly and helpful. location is perfect, around 10 minute walk to la ramblas, to get to the port would be better to take a taxi (around 10euros). to get to pacha would take around 15 minutes in a taxi. reccommended, a definate return would be madeOnly negative thing about this hotel i would say would have to be the thin walls, although i couldnt hear anything in any of the other rooms, i played my mp3 player in the room and got a few complaints from other residents staying in the hotel.Anonymous

Generally good - had some difficulty connecting to the internet service and staying connected. the tv in the room was small and the channel selections were very limited - only one english speaking channel. generally pretty quiet and comfortable. location central to barcelona - easy in and out. we found the evenia is well maintained and quite clean. the hotel service and food was good. great restaurants within easy walking distance from hotel. reasonably priced for quality for comfort, quality, and location. the staff was very helpful and responsive. Clean and friendlyVery noisy. was able to hear footsteps from all nearby rooms. had to complain at nearly midnight about excessive noise from nearby rooms. beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable for the price. no tea or coffee making facilities. advertised plasma was a tiny little portable lcd on the wall with only 1 english speaking channell, cnn news. i e mailed the hotel before i went over asking if we could park our hire car. when i checked out i was given a bill for parking and i was never informed of this extra payment.Normanruss@supanet.com
