Good location within easy reach of all attractions. 2 bus stops right outside and close to underground stations. hotel was clean and modern with daily maid service with complimentary toiletries. Noise from other guest coming back late was disturbing at night as the hallways echoed. the mattresses on the beds were of very poor quality, so you didn't feel as though you had a good nights sleep.

Very clean hotel,when we arrived back after a day out it felt like it had been cleaned thoroughly.Nothing serious but being british we like a cup of tea in a morning when we wake up so it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom like hotels in england.Anonymous

When we went to barcelona there was a conference (maybe a trade fair) so the room price was a bit expensive. but our first impression of the hotel was very good, our room (a double room) was very clean and comfortabel. the hotel staff were very likeable and professional. No breakfast by 115 euro/room!!Anonymous

noisy: poor isolation of rooms, you hear - and feel! - the subway each time it passes by.

For the price of the rooms the hotel was very pleasant, the staff were helpful and it was situated in a very good position with ease of access to all local amenities and tourist spots, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nicely decoratedThe room was very hot and we soon found out that the air conditioning is not on in the winter, it is in fact heating, even though we turned this off it was still very warm and there were no external windows, which apparantley is the same for the majority of their rooms, this added to the stuffiness of the room as we were unable to get any air flowing throughAnonymous

Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke english quite well. the hotel is very clean and in a safe location, a few minutes walk to las ramblas. computer with printer and internet access available in the lobby. the room i stayed in was very quiet, and it was new years eve with lots of revelry on the streets. the room was very modern, immaculate and attractive. The breakfast was expensive for what was offered. but the coffee was very good. there needs to be hooks to hang things in the bathroom, and a shelf to place your toiletries in the bathroom. the room (a double bed for a single person) was very small and the only place you could open your suitcase was on top of the bed.
