The hotel was in an excellent location near the metro link and local amenities. the room was very nice and clean just as depicted on the photos on the website as well as reasonably priced. would definitely stay there again!Sarapuu

Generally the staff were very helpful. the location was good due to the nearness of the metro!
There were certain members of staff who were extremely rude and had no customer handling skills. there was also a misunderstanding with regards to our booking and they did not give us breakfast even though it was included. this was not rectified without arguement. overall pleasent stay but these problems are not acceptable, because i was the customer!B Haynes

What i liked about hotel guillermo tell was that it was in a good location. the center of the city was just minutes away.I drove to barcelona and when i got there they didnt have no room to park my vehicle. the parking lot is very small.DIAKUNAS SERGEJUS

Very efficient staff and check in and check out was the fastest i;ve experienced!Rooms were not really soundproofed as noise outside the door could be heard clearly in our room but not the traffic noise which was none.Anonymous

L'hotel è molto bello, camera e bagni sempre puliti, il personale molto gentile e disponibile. lo consiglio di sicuro a tutti.L'hotel è un pò distante dal centro, ma cmq la passeggiata per il centro è sulla via principale, e poi ci sono sempre metro e bus.
