Description
Our 4 star establishment is located in the 22@ district, the city’s new innovation zone.
The hotel is just 3 metro stops from the city centre. It is also close to the Olympic Port, which is renowned for being one of the liveliest areas in the city with its beaches, shopping centre, restaurants, cinemas and a whole range of other services.
The CCIB (International Convention Centre of Barcelona), and the Auditorium and National Theatre of Catalonia are also all easily accessible from the Hotel.
The Hotel is classically decorated, giving it a warm and elegant atmosphere. It has all the services you will need to ensure that your stay is the perfect mix of business and pleasure.
The rooms are large, with parquet flooring and comfortable beds. Some of the rooms have a terrace, which can be requested when booking.
We have double rooms, family rooms for 3 or 4 people, 6 rooms which have been partially adapted for disabled guests and 4 Junior Suites.

How to reach the hotel?By airplane / from the airport:
From El Prat Barcelona airport the journey to the hotel takes 20 minutes by car. Take the Ronda Litoral and exit at Port Olímpic. Then take Carrer de la Marina and continue until Pujades street. Turn left towards Pere IV avenue, where the hotel is located.
There are also trains that connect the airport with the main railway stations in 25 minutes. The Arc de Triomf station is just 10 minutes away from the hotel. Take the bus number 41 that stops near the hotel.
Alternatively, you may also take the Airbus line that goes from the airport to the city center in about 20 minutes. It stops in Plaça Catalunya, close to Urquinaona square. There, you can take the underground line 4 until the Bogatell stop, very close to the hotel.

I would most certainly visit the hotel again and i will recommend it.
No. although when i reserved the hotel i thought i had asked for breakfast to be told at checking in that i did not. the amount the hotel was asking for breakfast was far too expensive.Anonymous

Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast though expensive was excellent too. though a little out on a limb the hotel is very accessable via metro and the area even though it looks a bit shady is really very ok. all in all for the money in barcelona its ok.Room decor was a bit dowdy and would rather have had free tea/ coffee in rooms than free soft drinks in mini bar. otherwise the place is ok ( tried the birthday card trick but didn't get anywhere!)Anonymous

The room was very clean and comfotable, and they provide free drinks in the mini fridge. the staff were very polite and helpful, many of them able to speak several languages.One of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others was due to the swimming pool nd spa facilities, however when we arrived we were informed that they would be unavailable due to schedualed maintenance. no advance warning was given to us and had we known we may have chosen a diferent hotel.Anonymous

The staff were very helpful with any queries, the rooms well-sized, very clean and comfortable. although the hotel was a little out of the way it was only a 15 minute walk to the gothic quarter. some have said t hat the location was a little unsavoury but at no time did i feel uncomfortable or threatened in any way. i would recommend this hotel to anyone with a reasonable level of fitness.The air-conditioning only blew out hot air so we were forced to open the window to make the room comfortable. unfortunately there is a nightclub at the back of the hotel which made sleep impossible until after 4 or 5am. when we asked to move to the front of the hotel we were informed the there was a nightclub there too and that the air-conditioning was set to warm air for the entire hotel in the winter. trust me- this is not needed in barcelona in december.
my main complaint was that this website didnt immediately make it clear t hat the prices they were quoting did not include a 7% tourist tax until after i had booked. even then the confirmation email did not include it, only when you went to check your booking via the website did they deem to add it on.Anonymous

Most of the staff was very friendly, the situation of the hotel is also fine and the rooms were good. i ordered a hotel room with free view over the city and they had arranged that (top floor with a balcony)One of the female staff wanted to charge us for ordering a massage which we did not order. we i told here that she did not believed me and she checked with my girlfriend. she was rather impolite. this was a very negative experience but it was more here fault than of the hotel (as the other staff was very nice).Anonymous

Quiet location generallyI requested a room on an upper floor at the rear of the hotel
to avoid any main street noise at night which the hotel obliged us with. however it wasn't until the friday and saturday night that we discovered a bar/club existed in the
street at the rear of the hotel where hoardes of teenagers
gathered outside throughout the night until about 6am. this

It was my girlfriend`s birthday and one of the cleaners must have noticed the birthday card so when we got in at night they had a bottle of small bottle of champagne on ice and 2 glasses. a really nice personal touch. the staff were excellent and really helpful.It was not in the nicest of surroundings but ok. a short walk from the underground which was great.
