Reception staff were very helpful with maps, transport information and generally very pleasant. breakfast was lovely but a bit dear (sterlling very weak against euro made things a bit dear) 
We were sold a tour bus - which was not the best value option. the orange bus only has one route which takes 3 hours. the other bus company has 3 interconnecting routes - much better system. very noisy neighbours in the hotel. pay tv was not working. Mrs G A Smith

Extremely central location. both rooms were well furnished and modern. reception staff were extremely helpful as were other staff we came across.
I found the absence of a mirror in the main room slightly awkward. the mirrors were in the bathroom, which was not always convenient. Anonymous

Great,clean hotel on fabolous location in barcelona!
Room was next to ventilation sistem for whole hotel,noise all night long! but,wiew from our room with terace on palms tree and back garden was worth that noise! Anonymous
