Reception staff were very helpful with maps, transport information and generally very pleasant. breakfast was lovely but a bit dear (sterlling very weak against euro made things a bit dear)We were sold a tour bus - which was not the best value option. the orange bus only has one route which takes 3 hours. the other bus company has 3 interconnecting routes - much better system. very noisy neighbours in the hotel. pay tv was not working. Extremely central location. both rooms were well furnished and modern. reception staff were extremely helpful as were other staff we came across.I found the absence of a mirror in the main room slightly awkward. the mirrors were in the bathroom, which was not always convenient.Anonymous

The hotel was clean and comfortable but lacked any ambiance. the hotels furnishings were based on minalictic approch so there was not much within the room not that you needed much as you spent the majority of time within the city.Food expensive 19euros for buffet breakfast and tended to run out quite quickly.Anonymous
