The room was very clean, no noise, it was nice to have this roomThe hotel staff was not very helpfull when we were asking questions. when we arrived with our car, it is not easy to have a place to get out our suitcases, and they told us not very nicely to moove rapidly. we don't speak spanish and they were not very cooperative when we asked about the thown, it was made to get ride of us... when we ask for a shuttle to the airport, they say that we have to do the reservation a long time ago when we reserved, we didn't know and they didn't try to find one (we asked 2 days befor our departure). for the taxi they told us it will cost 35 euros, but it cost 45 (it was a sunday morning with no trafic at all).... The hotel itself was lovely.. very chic and coolWe were not at all pleased with the service level of the hotel staff.. especially the food service,the check in personel and information services. our breakfast hostess was snotty to say the very least. our dinner service in the restaurant started out as a complete disaster. we stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay in spain and collectively we agreed this was our worst hotel. the most expensive and the worst service. very disappointing.Anonymous

I was awre of the location of the hotel, but this was one of the reasons i chose it. the room was spacious and clean and had magnificent views as i had requested. the staff were kind and friendly and courteous and the fact that it was in the business district meant that there weren't lots of kids running around. the location was perfect and only 4 stops from the centre of town. i would highly recommend this to anyone.The air con didn't work properly, nor did the shower. this did not put me off in anyway though.
