Windows locked by key and key refused by staff - it is an awful experience to use a bathroom with no windows. really small room, i booked a twin room and looks like i got a single with two beds. staff looks cold and distant, i never felt really confortable with them. would not recommend this hotel to a friend.HILDEBRAND

Excellent location; I traveled with my sister and booked a twin room, and the beds were really small. besides, there was a strange smell outside and inside our rooms, we never knew what it was.Anonymous

The hotel is in a great location with a subway stop only metres away and from here you can get anywhere in barcelona.the hotel was nice and clean but we didnt spend much time in the hotel because there is so much to do in barcelona.The only one negative point is that the walls are paper thin and there was a gap under the door,so when any of the other rooms on our floor went in or out of there room you heard everything which woke us up a few times and on the second night some people must have checked in late so checking in to there room was very loud.Anonymous

The location of the your hotel was excellent, and the rooms were very clean.Its a shame that you do not offer non-smoking rooms, i will be maiking several trips to barcelona this year, but as my daughter suffers from asthma i will endever to find an alterative hotel. your hotel has wooden floors, therefore it was very noisy, especially early mornings. as a designer i would really recomend carpets in the hallways and rugs in the rooms.Izak Levi

Mooie kamers, moderne inrichting. goed voor een citytrip. kregen nieuwe kamer toen bleek dat de airco op de eerste kamer niet werkte. 1 nederlandse vrouw aan de receptie maakt het iets makkelijker :-)Sommige hotelmedewerkers werken er blijkbaar tegen hun zin, of geven althans die indruk. slechte geluidsisolatie, dus als er lawaai is in het hotel/op de gang kan je dat goed horen.
