From the apartment everything is at walking distance and you will be able to be in the centre of the most modern restaurants, shops, bars and night clubs.

Comfortable and stylish self-catering apartments located a short distance from Las Ramblas at Barcelona’s Old Town and conveniently situated for the Paseo de Gracia, El Borne in the Gothic Quarter, by the Cathedral. The apartments provide a fantastic base for your stay and offer the independence and privacy that conventional hotels do not. Whether staying for a couple of days, weeks or months, you can work, explore the city or simply relax as if you were at home. The area is well served by public transport (you are in the most centre of Barcelona), the Plaza Catalunya and Liceo metro station is short distances away and there are also numerous bus routes and taxi stops. We offer 3 types of apartments: - 3 rooms + 1 kitchen + 2 bathrooms. (up to 8 people). - 2 rooms + 1 kitchen + 2 bathrooms + 1 living room (up to 6 people). All of the apartments are very new and totally furnished as your own house. IMPORTANT NOTE: At check-in there is a deposit charge of €300 which is handed back after departure when we have checked that everything is in a reasonable state.

Friendly staff at reception, when apts had not been cleaned the receptionist organised for them to be cleaned right away. comfortable apts, great location!

Location and layout perfect with 2 double ensuite bedrooms. quiet at night.
Bare wires in bathroom ceiling, hole in door, curtain rail fallen down. building noise from flat below during day. floors not been washed. no kettle and wouldn't be enough crockery for 6. DR David M REA

We were only 3 people but the accommodation was suggested it could take 8. there weren't enough plates etc for 8!
would have liked an iron and ironing board included. no towel rails for our towels to dry. tv was only in spanish, no english channels. Anonymous

The location is the only positive thing i can say
Noisy other residents, workmen all day all week, not particulary clean, very thin internal walls, very basic facilities, no heating and no response for this to be looked in to, dirty linen found on beds in one room - form
