Lovely room, staff friendly and room kept impecably clean.Unfortunately there were major building works going on throughout our stay which woke us up every morning. the room was unbearably hot and we were told that the air conditioning was not working and we should have been told about this.it was suggested that we open our window but this would have resulted in more noise disruption due to drilling going on directly below our room.Anonymous

Brilliant location, very friendly and helpful staffs.
lovely size room, the bathroom had heating on the floor which was nice.
lovely breakfast and presentation.
room service was quick and efficient.
and we didn't hear any noise from the street.(which was good)
we enjoyed our stay.We were not informed that there were building works in place. the main entrance was closed(because there was work in place) the restuarant was used at the entrance.
the wall of the room was very thin we chould hear the couple in the other room talking very clearly as if they were sitting in our room.
also we could here drilling in the hotel from our room.
there were few broken tiles above the bath in the bathroom and the shower head needed descaling.Anonymous

Location of the hotel is fantasitc. we stayed in a junior suite that was spacious and recently refurbished in a modern style, however it just didnt have the extra wow factor you would expect of a 5* hotel. staff were plesant enough.For a late checkout the hotel charges 50 euros for every 2 hours! i requested a glass of milk one night and was charged 6.50 euros!
too noisey early in the morning due to the refurbishment drilling - woke us up.
only 2 english language channels (sky news and cnn).
this hotel is nice to stay in if money is no object and you can afford a suite - the double rooms are tiny! it was a let down as we'd saved for a special occasion.

Was echt geweldig, aardige mensen, fantastische kamer, heerlijk gegeten, echt ge-wel-dig!Enige minpuntje betrof de temperatuur van het douchewater die was gewoon koud..was niet warm te krijgen hetgeen in de winter wel vervelend is!
