By airplane:
From Barcelona-El Prat airport, take train L10 (Aeroport-Barcelona-Estació de França) in the RENFE Train Station and get off at the Sants stop. Once there, take the underground L5 and get off at Hospital San Pau stop. The hotel is situated within walking distance from there.
Another option could be taking a taxi from the airport's taxi stand. It will cost you about €20,00 (take into consideration that the price can vary depending on the amount of luggage you are carrying).
By ferry:
Walk to the underground station Drassanes, and take the green line (L3) to Canyelles/Zona Universitària and get off at the Diagonal stop. Once there, change to L5 and get off at Hospital Sant Pau stop. The hotel is within walking distance from there.

The hotel is too noisy. we could hear our neighbour next door speaking, having a shower, using the toilet and the cleaners at 6 at morning making a great noise. it was so stressing. Anonymous

The hotel is in a good location, near to the sagrada familia, and with good metro connection to the city centre.

When we arrived we were told there were 2 rooms booked for us.
we explained that one had been cancelled, that they should have been informed, they told us that they had not received the cancellation and that we had to pay for 2 rooms!!!!
it was not untill i went onto my e-mail at yahoo and showed them your cancellation of the room from yourselves that they calmed down.
i had to e-maiol the confirmation before we were given 1 room.
this was a 3 bedded family room, not the double bedded room we asked for.
we know room for 1 night but room at the back of hotel, smelt stale, was overlooked by appartment blocks and was not what we expected.
we could not wait to leave the hotel to move to the sagrada familia.

The rooms were clean.
We were a newly engaged couple and were given twin beds, we had to wait 7 days before we were given a double bed, one of the staff was so blase about it it upset us, and we were staying 10 days so very poor service. also when we booked we were under the impression thew rooms were a certain price and they got more expensive the longer we stayed. the water in the machine was very expensive, no kettle or cups in the rooms so we could have tea or coffee when we woke up Mr Robert Jordan

It was a clean friendly hotel, with the recepionists being very helpful. the location was good being close to a metro station helped in travelling around the city.
The noise coming from other guests. the walls are too thin,guests should be made aware of this and be a bit more considerate to other guests. there could also be tea making facilities in the room.
