Booked this hotel as a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and wow, it was so amazine, alot better then i was expecting! the staff were very friendly, rooms were awesome, nice and clean, sauna/pool area had great views of the city, and it was all topped off being perfectly placed close to most of the main areas of barcelona. all in all a brilliant short break!None really... being mid january it was quiet, especially in the hotel bar, but that didn't really bother us as if you explored out of the hotel there were hundreds of places to go to.Anonymous

The location of the hotel could not have been better and the staff were extremely helpful. we booked three rooms and we all agreed that they were very clean, comfortable and modern.

Location was the best part of this hotel, it was easy to get to the sites and had lots of good restaurants close by. the hotel was modern and nicely presented. When we arrived we had booked a queen bed but got given 2 singles when we asked to be moved they wanted to charge us an additional 25 euros even though on our booking it stated queen size bed. it took them 2 hours to move us to another room. when we checked out had to argue our room rates even though we had our internet booking stating our rates, it seemed they where desperate to get the 25 euros, which for a 4 star seems petty and frustrating. also the pool was nice but extremely cold, so there was no point in using it.
