As a travel agent i have been lucky enough to stay in some very nice hotels however i have never been in a 4 star hotel that doesn't have tea & coffee making facilities in the room! we stayed in a executive room & alot of the things in the room were broken ie: lamp didn't work, fridge door was broken & the glass shelf behind the bed was balanced on the ledge as wasn't fixed properly. the hotel also has a few bars directly opposite the hotel which stay open until about 4 in the morning making it impossible to sleep as the noise is terrible! in my opinion this hotel is not worthy of a 4 star grade! i certainly won't be recommending this hotel to any of my customers & felt it was a great shame as it was the first time my parntner had joined me on a work/lesuire trip & was also very disapointed with the hotel.
