Very clean, modern, well positioned. staff on reception very helpful.
On one occasion unacceptable noise at night. no bar staff available much of the time. outside terrace door kept shutting and trapping us outside with no way of alerting staff! business covention overran the terrace, making it uncomfortable for us to stay.Rinnemo

Good location, very close to the beach and less than 30 minutes to the center. the staff are great and services were fantastic, the room was immaculately clean.There were no provision for english speaking tv stations and you have to pay to watch movies in the room, the room does not have self making tea or coffe facilities.Andre Vilas Boas

Very lovely place - everything was exactly like it should be in four star hotel - nice and helpful staff, good service and clean rooms. the only thing which was not perfect was its localization (lovely place near the beach but same time quite far from center), but i already knew what i'm taking so it's definitely not hotel's fault. except of that - excellent, worth to stay place.Katrina Rezunova

Large room kept immaculately clean. good location. 2 mins walk to a large clean popular beach. only 20 mins walk to port olympic where there are lots of rstaurants. walking distance to the zoo. regular bus route to centre of barcelona if you can't be bothered to walk.Didn't have any maps of the area or useful information on what nearest shops etc. had to keep asking questions until we found our bearings which was a bit frustrating.Alfred Stang

Closeness to very nice beach, easy & cheap bus route into centre, lovely walk to port vell, friendly staff.Coffee shop/bar could open for longer hours during the day and terrace could be made availabe during the day. overall we were very impressed with the hotel and facilities and would definitely stay there again.Anonymous

Estuve tres noches de las cuales el personal nocturno me parecio, mas atento y mas amable que el diurno.No me gustó, que en la pagina web ofreciais dos habitaciones totalmente distintas al mismo precio con lo cual yo reserve una habitacion que no se me asigno, ademas de que la calefaccion no funcionaba bien y el agua caliente del baño tampoco, nos dejaron un dia sin toallas para la cara ni para cuando sales de la ducha.
