Accomodation good value & good size rooms, fairly well equipped. easy access into the city from el putxet station which is 2 mins away. reception staff were helpful.
Dinner was overpriced & the menu was quite limited. also they didn't start serving until 8.30pm - i like to eat earlier 6-7pm.Lynn Murray

Clean room regularly serviced - not the place if you are looking for a room with a view (looks out onto small brick courtyard. staff were helpful. would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.Took us a while to find it! as it was not near saint gervasi station - would be useful to make the location very explicit on the website and info sent through.

The location was very good, much better than i expected. being so close to the el putxet metro station was a bonus(only 2 mins walk from hotel) meaning we could access central barcelona in around 10-15mins. the hotel is also close to local eateries and shops which, obviously are a lot cheaper than those in and around las ramblas. also found the locals very pleasant and helpful and the hotel itself was of a high standard.Mr S E White

Schnelle abwicklung ein-/auscheckenMit der internet-buchung habe ich für einen late-checkout angefragt, jedoch nie eine rückmeldung erhalten. bei telefonischer anfrage, konnte mir der receptionist nichts über preise für late-checkout sagen. beim einchecken an der hotelreception konnte die receptionistin mir auch nicht sagen, ob ein late-checkout möglich ist und wieviel er kostet. erst beim checkout (wunschzeit 6:00 p.m.) wurde mir der preis von einer zusätzlichen hotelnacht verrechnet. der informationsfluss muss eindeutig verbessert werden bzw. das hotelpersonal muss über den late checkout bescheid wissen.Anonymous
