The Suite Dreams Apts are located in a multi-storey apartment building where we offer 'quality on a budget' tourist acommodation in private apartments & rooms.

Private single/twin/double rooms for couples, friends and groups with shared bathroom and cooking facilities, enabling guests to meet other travellers, exchange stories and plan nights out together on the town over a nice meal.

Suite Apts are located just around the corner from the historic Sant Antoni Market, and are conveniently located less than 15mins walk away from Las Ramblas, the Port, Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Espanya, Fira Barcelona, Universitat, Raval, Gothic Quarter...
Its right on the edge of the old town and the area has a great neighbourhood feel to it. The area is full of restaurants, shops and cafes and has a gym opposite. Good bars and restaurants are on your doorstep but as its a few minutes walk away from the Ramblas, its still easy to get a good night's sleep.
The area is served by 2 Metro lines (L2 and L3) which can whisk you away to all the main tourist sights...
EXTRA GUESTS: Each apartment has a sofa-bed in the livingroom so 2 extra guests can be accommodated. Each additional guest is just €15 extra per night. Maximum 2 extra guests in each apartment. (6 persons Max in the larger apts) When you plan to have extra guests, please send us an email to let us know so we can supply the apartment with extra beds, linen and towels.

3-For late arrivals there is a surcharge:
a.From 22:00 to 00:00 + 10 euros per room
b.After 00:00 (midnight) + 20 euros per room
4-Special Conditions for Apartments:
a.Security Deposit: 200€ :: RETURNED IN FULL AT CHECK-OUT
b.Cleaning Fee: 25€ c. Late Check-In Fees: from 22:00 to 23:59 :: +20 euros per apt
After 00:00 :: +40 euros per apt

WHEN BOOKING, please state your ARRIVAL TIME as the time you expect to arrive in Barcelona city centre. Add 1 hr to your flight arrival time for Barcelona Airport, Add 2 hrs for Girona/Reus flight arrivals
Cancellations: +72hrs: no charge, less than 72 hrs before arrival: 1st night is charged, same day or no-show: minimum-stay conditions apply
