Description
This hotel is a new hotel located in city centre of Barcelona. Just a few steps from Plaza Universidad and very near from Paseo de Gracia y Plaza Cataluña.
81 rooms. Each room is fully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, safe Box and Wi-Fi Internet connection an a full bathroom with hairdryer.
An outdoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a terrace solarium, an Aquarella Music-Restaurant and a parking are also available for the guests.
Dinners and lively shows are offered in the Aquarella Music-Restaurant from Thursday to Saturday where the public will enjoy tasty Mediterranean dishes dressed with our selected wines. During the day this space is converted to a modern meeting space, provided with the latest equipment.
Aquarella will be closed from 28th June to 04th September.
During fair periods, cancellations made at least 48 hours (local time) before the date of arrival are without charge. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge you for the cost of one night's stay. From the airport:
- Go along Autovia Castelldefels and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes.
- Continue through Plaza España.
- Go straight on Gran Via until number 570, where you will find the hotel (it is between Casanova Street and Muntaner Street)
From Tarragona/Lleida/Madrid:
- Take the A-2 motorway up to Diagonal Avenue.
- At Diagonal Avenue, turn right into Numancia street.
- Go down this street and along Tarragona Street, until Plaza España.
- Go through Plaza España in the direction of Gran Via - Centro Ciudad.
- Go straight on Gran Via until number 570, where you will find the hotel (it is between Casanova Street and Muntaner Street)
By Public Transport:
At the airport, take the Aerobus (aiport bus) and get off at Gran Via-Universitat stop.
If you take the train, go up to Passeig de Gracia station and then take the underground Line 2 up to Universitat.
From Sants railway station you could take the underground Line 3 up to Catalunya and then change to Line 1 up to Universitat.

The hotel was well located and the rooms we had were of a decent size. 
We found that the room wasn't cleaned as well as we would have liked although it was left tidy every day with fresh bedding and towels. G E Robinson

Yes. the staff seemed indifferent. also, a ramp should be included in the main entrance alongside the stairs. staff was not around to open the access to the ramp from the outside location when there was not someone to assist with luggage. Anonymous
