The television did not have any english channels.

Restaurant staff poor and unfriendly. took plates away while still eating and without asking if we'd finished. generally uninterested in the clients

Unable to get a courtesy bus from the airport to the hotel (at 23:45) and taxi fare was very expensive for such a short journey

The room had a very strong residual odor to it, the television had only one english channel cnn, and the shuttle driver took us to the wrong terminal, even though i asked for a ~ he told me that delta was in terminal b.

Would have liked coffee making facility in room

Hotel very badly signposted, from autoroute and from airport - we found it by following signs to the ramada; car parking was expensive, but secure

Restaurant did not have hamburgers on menu

We selected this hotel because it was close to the airport and the availability of an airport shuttle service. as we had an early flight, we confirmed at the reception the night before that we wanted to take the 05:00hrs shuttle bus. the next morning we were in the lobby at 4:50hrs and wanted to get into the bus, when the driver told us that the bus was full and that we had to wait till the next one at 5:30hrs. it appeared that we were not the only ones who could not get into the bus. another 6 guests had the same problem.when we told the reception staff that the 5:30 bus was to late for us and asked for a solution, they were very unhelpfull. in the end we had to take a taxi to the airport, which was a rip-off as well, because we had to pay € 20,- for a distance of 5km. i think the shuttle service is badly organised. the hotel staff could have known that there were far more passengers wanting to take the first shuttle than the capacity (max 13) of the bus and should have warned those guests that there was only one bus at the time. furthermore i think that the staff should have tried to solv the problem. now they simply said that it was not their problem and that they could do nothing about it. the least i expect now from the hotel is reimburesement of the taxi fair of € 20. best regards, leo lezer

There was no porters to pick up luggage for check out in the morning.we had to bring our own luggage down to lobby from our room.

More family rooms required, breakfast expensive for young children

Tubieron la calefaccion a tope toda la noche y nos cojimos un resfriado , ademas la cerveza con la que trabajan en exclusiva es muy mala.

Creo que siempre había muchas personas en la recepción y pocas personas para atenderlas. siempre esperábamos mucho para que lográramos hablar con alguién del hotel.

La falta de puntualidad en el servicio de transporte aeropuerto - hotel unicamente

- trajet de l'aéroport en taxi. il n'a pas trouvé l'hôtel, situé dans une zone industrielle (terrain vague) près de l'aéroport. prix minimum du trajet: 15 eur. - l'hôtel a une navette vers l'aéroport, toujours bondée. - le système de safe de la chambre a nécessité l'intervention d'un technicien, car la sécurité par clef de chambre n'est pas au point.

飛行機の到着が10時過ぎだったので遅くなる旨を事前に知らせたのですが連絡がこなかったのが残念です。チェックインできたので問題はなかったのですが。。。 事前に調べておくべきでしたが、ホテルのシャトルバスがあったことを後で知り、その辺の情報がわからず近距離のため乗車拒否するタクシーもいたりとホテルへのアクセスをもう少し明確にしていただけるとよかったと思います。
