The Vinnci Condal Mar Barcelona is a nice hotel in the city centre near all your favorite attractions. The hotel, new in Barcelona, has been awarded for its revolutionary design, it is located in the area known as FORUM and CCIB, a few minutes away from the beach “Mar Bella”. The hotel is also very close to the Palacio de Congresos Forum 2004 and the shopping mall Diagonal Mar.
The Hotel Condal Mar is a cylindrical modern building. Its 10 floors offer breathtaking views over the sea and the city. Enjoy the views while relaxing at the swimming pool or the solarium located on the top floor. The pool and bar are available during the season.

The quality of food was very good albeit it tad expensive, and i was impressed with the roomI ordered a double room and got a twin, this was rectified however was given a disabled room with no bath but it had a double bed. there was a technical problem a couple of days later with the room (a leak) so we had to move to another room. unfortunently after the maintenenace engineer and room service had been into the room my girlfriend's braclet was stolen from the bathroom. due to this experience it has led me down a negative path in terms of the hotel. the manager did his best to help but it still remained that someone working on behalf or for the hotel stole an item not belonging to themAnonymous

The hotel was very clean and very modern, it was a little way out of the centre of the city, which was nice as it was quiet and the bus and metro stops were within 3 minute walk from the hotel. the staff were without fault, they were friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble i cannot rate them highly enough. the hotel had excellent facilities and was extremely comfortable.No real negative experiences, just that the hotel is a little way out of the centre which for me was not a problem, but for some wishing to be closer it could possible be.Anonymous

The room was well laid out, with enough storage and room. the bathroom was lovely and luxurious looking. extra touches such as a shaving kit were nice. the lobby area was decorated inticingly, providing a lovely welcome upon entering the hotel. the room was lovely and quiet.The pool was freezing cold, even though the impression is that you can use it all year round! not for the faint hearted! the staff were pleasant enough, but lacked professionalism and left both my partner and i with the sense that we were at a 1 or 2 star hotel. luxury in terms of the service was not included in our experience. little touches were not maintained throughout our stay, such as blankets being haphazardly put to the side, even though the bed was made (no finishing touches). although the hotel is new, fresh, and clean, it was clear from things such as the grouting that the hotel had not been built with high standard materials or labour. The hotel is a pleasure to stay in, very clean and tidy and quiet and modern to a high standard. you have to pay for the tv (but you do get unlimited access for music, tv and internet for around 20 euros per stay).The hotel is very far away from the the hotspots of barcelona, but the tube is about 10 minutes and is very quick and efficient! if you were to get a taxi back in the evenings from barcelenta(since the metro stops running at midnight)it would cost around 10 euros. the hotel is very close to 'diagonal mar' the local shopping complex which is great for shopping and eating. if you were to walk to the beach it would take 10 mins, however this is not the most vibrant of beaches.Anonymous

The hotel staff were very friendly, spoke good english for those less familiar with spanish and they were also very helpful when a question was asked.
the rooms were kept immaculately clean. From perusal of the information as to the location i did not feel this was as accurate as inidicated. the hotel is almost in the "suburbs" and for those who do not like walking i would not reccomend.Anonymous
