During my stay, the lock of the door of my room broke down. i had to spend 3 hours in the hotel restaurant (11.00 pm to 2.a.m.)on saturday night waiting for the technician to fix the lock. the service of the hotel was very poor and slow regarding this incident. they should had provided a new room and also, have alternative solutions for such incidents.Anonymous

The hotel is really modern. staff were really friendly and very happy to help us. breakfast is very good with an excellent choice available. our room was really spacious, modern and clean. i would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a little further from the centre of barcelona than expected, it took us about 20 mins to walk it. however th bus service was good and got us there a lot quicker. Anonymous

Very very clean hotel and the staff was more than great. 10 minutes walk from the street gracia, where most of the shops are. we'll definately use this hotel again, if we go back to barcelona.The cleaner ladies were a bit too eager to do their job, they didn't mind much about the "we're sleeping" sign on our door. our window had a view to another wall, but it still gave natural light to the room. we weren't bothered about this because we spent minimum time in the room anyway.Anonymous
