"Excellent rooms"
Pros: Excellent rooms. balcony with doors so you could get fresh air, internet access, spacious, clean and modernd
Cons: Thought the reception staff were a bit young and naive. competent but lacking in a 'welcoming' manner. hotel was quiet and the quality of the facilities suggests it should be busier. i asked the hotel to book a taxi for me to brussels airport as i was travelling with my sick father just out of hospital. a scruffy taxi van colected us when i actually asked for a car. a bit more thought of our circumstances would have made sure our transport was more appropriate
