Pros: Location is excellent for walking to brussels museums and tourist sites. hotel map is excellent. big breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of choices from u.s. to continental. staff were altogether helpful. free wifi works in room and has a new passcode everyday.
Cons: You may want to make sure that the "better" room given to you has a real shower instead of a bathtub and sprayer.

Pros: This hotel was amazing, from the good customer service, wonderful buffet breakfast, to very helpful english speaking staff. the location is also brilliant because it is central.
we had a wonderful time and will definitely be visiting again.

4-very big hotel
Cons: 1- the reception staff do not tell you what you can do in the city you must ask them alot and still they do not know alot of things to till the touristes.
2-you need to pay for wi-fi internet in the rooms €10 per hour

Pros: Very warm rooms, the temperature was high and could enjoy ourselves. the breakfast buffet was good. the hotel staff very nice.
Cons: The reception hall was a bit oldfashioned and needs refurnishment.

Cons: The tap had broken off the bath/shower unit and someone had just left it by the side. i had to try to use the broken tap in order to turn on and off the shower, which meant that it was impossible to adjust the water.

Cons: Carpet was very worn. beds somewhat soft.
