The staff at front desk is very helpful and polite. the location is not really in the central belgium, but it is convenient to go everywhere in brussels as the tram stop lies in front of the hotel. 
The internet wireless is good at the lobby
but the signal is quite limited in the room. it should be improved !Anonymous
