Excellent location, room was kept clean, provided toiletries
Hotel staff not friendly, were not helpful with information they gave, would ring hotel room to check if you were up so that they could clean- did this several times.thomas

Extremely centralWas put in a smoker roon initially, which was also quite small, but they did change it for us. staff helpful, but found it expensive for what it was, maybe that is brussels. didn't seem really a 4 starAnonymous

The hotel was very conveniently located right by the central station. the staff were helpful, and the room was clean and reasonably spacious, if a bit faded. the price was good, although we did not try the breakfast (13e).
